Hello! I’m Jure Gubanc, a professional photographer. I’ve been working in wedding photography since 2014, when a friend of my father’s asked me to photograph his wedding. Even today, he and his wife still greet me with a smile every time we meet and tell me how much they enjoy looking through their wedding album. Since that day, every year, I make more and more newlyweds happy with my work.

My main focus is always your well-being, feeling relaxed, and staying in a good mood. It’s a wedding day; joy comes first! As a result, I get top-tier photos. I have a lot of experience, and the act of framing and composing a shot is deeply rooted in me—it comes naturally. This allows us to truly relax together and enjoy the day.
Before the wedding, we organize a meet-and-greet where you can share the details of your wedding day and the finer points of your wishes. I take everything into account, whatever you desire, without hesitation. The plan is always just one wedding—let’s make it superb!

What to expect?
I deliver a large number of photos; for a full-day wedding, the count is usually between 800 and 1500. I always put quality over quantity—if a photo isn’t good, I delete it. If someone looks bad, I delete it. Even so, a large number of great photos remain, all of which I edit and deliver. I want you to receive as much as possible from me.
In my editing, I strive for a natural aesthetic with healthy contrasts and rich shadows. I edit all the photos myself. I adapt the style to the vibe I feel from each couple, so it slightly varies from wedding to wedding. I arrange the photos in a meaningful order to tell a story. Most are in landscape format, some are portrait, and I always like to include a few panoramas. Along the way, you’ll find some black-and-white shots; I make sure they are self-standing, so they tell the story of the entire wedding day on their own, and I include a color equivalent for (most of) them.
All-inclusive coverage
To make planning easier for you, my pricing is all-inclusive. This means I handle my own travel and two nights of accommodation, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Road-trip destinations | €3,500
Applicable for weddings within a 7-hour drive (approx. 700km) from Ljubljana, Slovenia. This covers most of the Alps, the Adriatic coast (Croatia/Italy), and Central Europe.
Europe (flight required) | €4,200
For weddings anywhere else in Europe. Includes all airfare, local transport, and accommodation.
Worldwide (flight required) | €4,900
For all other global destinations.

• Sneak Peek (A selection of highlights delivered within 48 hours, so you can share your joy immediately).

Frequently Asked Questions
When, how many, and in what format will we receive the photos?
You’ll receive a few photos within 48 hours, so you can share the first memories immediately. For the full collection, you can expect the final gallery within 20 days. Contractually, I commit to a maximum delivery time of two months. The number of photos depends on the wedding events and the length of my stay, but you can generally expect between 60–100 edited photos per hour. Your guests will have access to a password-protected online gallery with a selection of shots, while you will receive the complete set of high-resolution photos via email.
Can we also order a wedding album?
Absolutely. While my main offer focuses on digital delivery, I am a big believer in physical memories. I offer custom-designed wedding albums available to everyone. You invest so much energy into your day; an album is a timeless, tangible way to keep those memories alive. I collaborate with several top European printing houses, offering a wide range of styles and price points—from high-quality books starting at €250 to premium, handcrafted editions up to €800. The process is simple: you pay for the design work, and we choose the printing materials that best fit your budget and style.
Do you offer wedding cinematography/video?
I do. I know many talented videographers and can recommend a partner I’ve collaborated with in the past based on your expectations. By special arrangement, I can also handle both photography and video myself, though this is not yet part of my standardized offer.
Are you available for multi-day events or destination “extras”?
Definitely! For destination weddings, I love being there for more than just the ceremony day—whether it’s a welcome dinner, a “day-after” session, or a morning brunch. Since I’m already traveling to be with you, we can easily extend the coverage to capture the full story of your wedding weekend.
How flexible are you with travel and accommodation arrangements?
I’m very easygoing. My goal is for you to be happy and for us to create something amazing together. If you prefer to handle my accommodation differently (for example, if you have a guest room available or a specific arrangement at your venue), I’m more than happy to adjust the final price accordingly. Everything is open for discussion!
